Yuekai Securities and Switzerland’s Falco Forge Strategic Partnership

Guangzhou, September 17, 2025 — Yuekai Securities Co., Ltd. and Switzerland-based Falco Global Partners AG have signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding in Guangzhou, launching a wide-ranging partnership that bridges Chinese and European capital markets.
The cooperation will span cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign-currency M&A funds, global wealth services for ultra-high-net-worth clients, virtual asset investments, and support for Chinese technology enterprises expanding internationally. Joint research initiatives will also provide insights for companies, governments, and institutions.

Falco, chaired by Nani Falco Beccalli, former President and CEO of GE International, brings decades of international management and M&A expertise across industrials, energy, and financial services. Its global network and strategic positioning in Switzerland will help Chinese firms accelerate global growth.

The two parties will jointly explore the creation of M&A and cryptocurrency funds, as well as wealth management solutions tailored for ultra-high-net-worth clients. A joint working group will oversee key projects to ensure swift implementation.
The signing was witnessed by Mr. Kevin Chen, CEO of Wiser Falco Ltd., Falco’s China joint venture, and Ms. Wang Yishan, Head of Strategic Investment at Guangzhou Development Zone Holding Group, alongside senior representatives from both firms.
