We serve as a deal advisor for the Company to identify, evaluate and approach selective candidates from China for a potential M&A of its technology or business.
Our Activities
A market insight report includes several qualified candidates have been prepared and presented to the Company. Furthermore, we approach the seletive prospects for further meetings & negotiations for deal closing.
Our Contribution
We help the Company identified qualified prospects and conclude potential M&A deal, which eventually drives the Company transform its business to new verticals.
