China-entry partner for an Euronext listed robots company

WISER support an Euronext listed robots company for accelerated sales expansion in China

Client Background

A France-based technology company listed on Euronext since 2017, with subsidiaries in Boston and Singapore. The company transforms standard forklifts into intelligent autonomous robots using proprietary geo-guidance navigation technology that requires no additional infrastructure. It has global partnerships with KION and Hyster-Yale Group, offering a full range of autonomous warehouse robots.

The Challenge

China is the world's largest market for warehouse automation and logistics robots, driven by e-commerce growth, labor cost increases, and manufacturing automation. The company already served clients globally through its partnerships, but had limited direct presence in China. To capture the China opportunity, it needed local sales capability, after-sales service infrastructure, and relationships with Chinese warehouse operators and manufacturers.
